2019 Dues
HCCA dues for 2019 are due now. You can pay the annual $35 membership dues online (see the Join Today section on the right side of the page), or mail a check to (please ensure your Horizon Crest address is on your check):

Annual Membership Meeting
The Horizon Crest Community Association annual membership meeting will be Tuesday, January 22, 2019, 6:30 PM at the Newport Way Library (note the address is Newport Way NW, not SE). All homeowners and residents of Horizon Crest are invited. Payment of the 2018 $35 membership fee entitles voting privileges.
Please wait to pay the 2019 membership dues until after February 1, the association’s new year. You can check your 2018 membership fee status here, and pay 2018 dues here.
We will review the activities and finances of the past year, set activities and finances for 2019, and elect a new Board of Directors to oversee the association’s activities.
