Horizon Crest Community Association is a voluntary membership organization to enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood. As a voluntary organization, there are no Home Owners Association (HOA) dues, assessments, common property, purchase rights, or other obligations associated with an HOA.

With that said, we certainly do encourage every home owner and resident to join the HCCA. Approximately 60% of the homes do. Annual membership dues are only $35 per home as of 2019. You can check the membership status of each home in this report.
